Going, going, gone

Hello friends. I am going to leave on Wednesday for Indianapolis to work on our church denomination's magazine. You can check out my past work here---scroll to bottom and you'll see The Connection magazine. I do the layout and design. I didn't do the one with the tornado on it as I had just had Mary so if you hate it, that's why. :)

Anyway, I'll be off the blogosphere all this week. I need to get my house in order before I leave and work on the magazine as much as I can. See you next week! Don't post too much, or I'll be up all night when I get back reading it all! (maybe I can sneak in some bloggin' time at night in Indy---we'll see)

Adios!

You will be missed.

Having missed a week of blog time, I can assure you that it is very difficult. I feel a bit disconntected from my bloggy friends.

Sneak down to Starbucks early in the morning so you can at least "check" in.

Aw man. You will be missed. And, hey, your magazine looks really good! We just took over as editors of our church's newsletter, and I don't know WHAT we were thinking. I don't know how you do a whole magazine -- impressive!

AW MAN! That is sad--I will miss your updates. It's a good thing that I have SHARK WEEK to help ease my pain! I'll be out of the blogosphere a little myself due to the Great White specials and whatnot that I have lined up for this week. YIPPEE!

The magazine does look great. Good job. Have fun in Indy (little known fact about me...I used to live there for 4 months while I student taught in College). I hope it doesn't rain while you are there--it is one of the only places that it rains sideways.

Hey Bek, you will be missed! I have worked very hard in Indy for a youth event I wrote/drama'ed/lead etc...couple of times...we (my partner in crime, Chris...pastor friend) wrote many a fantastic church drama in that Starbucks in the airport! Love you friend! Tell Chris to holla as I am a single parent this week too so we can meet up at Ole'McDonald's as Gwenie calls it:)

What if Angie and Chris really did meet at McDonalds? That would be funny. Angie...I've got the boys on Thursday and Friday...and while I'm NOT leaving the house with them...if you need to break up your day, you're more than welcome to come over to my house.
To Rebekah: Booooo. Hissssss. I'm sad you're going to be gone!

OK, I took a break from cleaning to read these and to all---thanks for the good wishes! I too, think it would be funny if Chris and Ang met up this weekend.

On a side note, instead of cleaning and working up a grocery list for my hubby I went to JCPenney today and scored some great deals on clothes---it's a good clearance time and they have extra % off through today. So, get out there!!
